Abstract:

Renewable Fuel and the resurgence of US domestic oil and gas production have rapidly changed the landscape for energy both in the US and abroad.   Government policies and mandates have created new markets and trade flows, changing many long term energy and trade issues with them.

Traditional oil supply and trade has been up-ended affecting everything from investment in the energy sector, to international and domestic trade, to government tariffs and global alliances predicated on secure energy supply.
